Finally got the new quarters, hatch and new windscreen put in, followed by side mirrors, wipers arms, and a few other odds and ends and a good bath. Shaping up nicely, Not as fast as I would like, but hey, cant rush these things. Some more pics! Sorry to anyone still using slow internet or dial-up

Finally, Progress Hello All, First of all, i have been a bit quiet here on the forums in the past few years. Just hiding and lurking in the shadows. But never given up on the the zed Unfortunately, the rest of my images of the build have gone. I plan to re write and put together everything in a fresh post later on. A new set of tein coilovers have been added, along with an EDFC kit yet to be installed. Along with a set of new shoes, Vossen CV3's Although its now back on its feet, its dawned on me there is still so much work to be done. Progressively moving on, through the many ups and downs, frustrations and delights. The past few years myself and mates have been busy working on cosmetics of the car, while the engine was getting built at the engine shop. Although the interior trimming is considered finished, so minor touches / aligning is yet to be done in the final stages. So then comes the boot. I did want a functional boot, but with a small sub, along with the relocation of the battery. I did have a lot of progress photos, but it seems they vanished, along with my old phone. Again, some final touches are required in the boot department. Finally, the engine is back after a full rebuild. forged internals, new water pump, oil pump etc, some head work, as much as the budget would allow. Time to start adding some accessories. Time to start building the turbos. a good clean up and new CHRA's Thanks to my mates, Braden and MickW in particular..... Mick, I broke your long nose pliers... sorry, ill get you a shiny new set.

I heard a rumor that an ignition key got turned all the way to the hard springy bit AND BEYOND just this evening.
I heard another rumor today, that this Zed might be walking around on it's own 4 legs now ( walking slowly, because it's convalescing from a 7 year stay in a Z32 Hospital... )
