That thing is butt ugly. The RED interior hurts my eyes.
90TTZ's car is way, way better, and $50,000 less.
    Bargain at $30,000

well, without a doubt I can see the amount of work that has gone into it.....

BUT..... exactly what market was he aiming for??????

and that interior.... what has he done to the steering wheel..

that engine in nice... but nothing really belongs together... the outside looks like a track car but you'd never put that on a track!!
interior looks like a pimp mobile...

The quality and workmanship is top notch, though Id want to see a dyno sheet for that 1000hp engine.

    That said, it's ****ing hideous.

At least it has a tidy engine bay unlike 80% of all other so called 'custom' cars you see that have a bone stock dusty engine that has never seen the light of day!

I havnt seen this in yonks though it became a garage pony.
Now it's for sale for $80000

Fair deal alot of work went into this car but for 80000 you could buy a ok zed
    $10000
Engine rebuild yourself to own specs
    $25-35000
    Interior retrim
    $5-8000
    Sound system
    $7000
    Body kit
    $3000
    Wheels (forged) + tires
    $7000

Still leaves you with $10000 ?

Gotta say to I think this thing would be defect city and a prick to get past a blue slip... But I do respect the shit loads of work done here but I'd rather 90TTZ

Quite clever how he painted the PS Res and the fuse box the same as the inner fenders, makes it blend well and almost disappear. Unfortunately as most of us know, with that cooling fan setup it's guaranteed to get hot!

Wasn't there a lengthy video on this car and it's owner about 5 years ago or so.
I can't find it or know who did the video.

On another note, where does the vent on the roof and the vents in the quarter windows go to?

Huge amount of work in that car. I don't like the styling either but there's no doubting the time, resources and quality workmanship that's gone into it.

Custom body panels etc means big $$.

Some of those engine mods don't sound quite right, but GW runs a quality workshop and 1000hp could well be achieved with 2871R and NOS.

No point comparing it to 90TTZ etc they are completely different cars.

The quality of work on this car is nothing but amazing but for 80 grand your talking brand new Jag or old school Ferrari money, i doubt many people will have 80 grand to spend on somebody else's completed project car

As much as id love to spend 80 000 on a zed I would do it my way and to my tastes :)

...selling because he just can't stand that interior for one day longer. The neighbours will be thrilled when this car f*@#s off!

it's expensive because it probably cost twice that much to build it. get rid of the tacky muscle car stripes and it'll look ok. he has done well pulling off the race car look. ferrari taillights could look a lot worse than that too.

hate that intestinal track interior colour though :vomit: wtf was he thinking. even the old white interior was better.

Was better in it's state in that video.
Now it's just way way too much over the top.
