anyone know where a good turbo seal kit i can get?

ive got white smoke coming from the exhaust on the right hand side if you look from the back of the car.

what turbo is it and does anyone know where i could get a good turbo seal kit from? Also has anyone had troubles doing their own turbo seal replacements?
