I've been offered tickets for this weekend's matches, but tossing up whether to go or not. For those that have been, what's it like? I heard that it's very "corporatey" ie. shirt and tie affair, a bit like the Melbourne supporters in the Members stand at the G. Shirt and tie is just so not me, especially at a footy match. If I could have it my way, I would come in shorts, singlet and esky, just like those fantastic days at bay 13. Still, it would be good to see if the Bulldogs can repeat their performance over Collingwood last week, or was it just a once off.
G'day Ngoc ... Are you going to one of the restaraunts, or just watching the footy? I was not allowed into the Brasserie when I was wearing denim, but that rule may have been relaxed. Ties not required unless your invitation says so. If you've got a freebie meal + drinks, then go, cos that's a match you might see the Doggies win, unlike when the Dockers come to town to kick some butt .
RZM... Thanx for the feedback. The tickets are for the footy, bar and restaraunts. I will go to see the Doggies repeat their performance. Dress attire is "neat casual" no denim. Nice new signature too Mikey.
