any one bought from z1 motorsports lately

    Ive bought from these guys a few times before with no hastles and reasonably quick service but about 2 weeks ago i ordered some 180sx parts off them and got no reply , hastled them about it and they said they would look into it but they dont seem to be doing anything about it .
    Is there a 2 week holiday over there i dont know about or are they closing down or something ?

    I just cancelled with them

    Hi

    My email communication stopped about a week ago So I just cancelled my order with them and went else where. I got a couple of replies to a query on my order and then nothing.
    I would expect that if they close for a holiday they would at least inform me?

    I sent numerous emails and even an email from my non hotmail account but to no avail. So I cancelled my oder.

    The other company I ordered from were brilliant, they replied to all my request (the same items Z1 had) The other company were little dearer, but worth it for the better service.

    I'm sure, other members have had better service than I have from Z1, some have had a good run some have not. I'll give them another in the furture but to be truthful I'll prob do most of my ordering throught other companies.

    and we just received 3 big boxes of goodies from them without any problems; every time we have dealt with them they are fantastic, even to the point of receiving follow up emails to be sure we were happy with the service......hopefully pete has just encountered an aberration and there's nothing more frustrating!!!!

    They are a major sponsor for a HUGE event on there this weekend, they have hundreds of people turning up at there shop & have to be prepared for that.

    I guess they expect everyone will know about it & be prepared for some delays etc.

    No doubt they will be in touch over the next week or so after they recover & clean up/take down displays etc.

    Personally if it's urgent I pick up the telephone & call them, I deal with one person only & it keeps things simple, fast & efficient. Typically I order on a Thursday morning & have the parts here Monday morning - that's faster than some shops five minutes drive away.
