Since one side died before I even got to put her in, I decided to change the panels over. it was only a matter of time before #2 did it so why not. I am a turtle when it comes to stuff like this, need to get my ass off forums more and finish this, but here is the progress so far.... Organised a small group purchase of a few people and this rocked up Disassembly... (upside down, oh well) To compare: Close up of old panel (will keep to see if its repairable) I need to cut the copper connecter a bit to make it fit perfectly, with no gaps, should i tap into the pre-existing wiring from the old panel ? (NOTE: the panel is not that green, the camera flash makes it look hideously GREEN!) Observation 1: DO NOT touch cut ends with power on, put some sticky tape on it... Sticky tape will be removed and then put on properly for final install
Did you get a wake up call Like on the farm, "don't touch the plain wire with the white things on the post" That's why the little black box is called an inverter 12v to 5000+volts
