I just wanted to thank Lindsay and Scott at Proline for fitting my new clutch last week. They did an awesome job! It's well worth the half an hour drive to get to Yatala from my place. Lindsay even opened up the garage just for me on the weekend so I could pick up my car.

My old clutch couldn't hold any power over 4000rpm so I had it rebuilt by Jim Berry's Race Clutch outfit in Stones Corner. I can't recommend this guy enough. He talked me through every part of the clutch rebuild and the finished product is amazing. It's still an organic clutch but with 3200 pounds of clamp pressure and a pedal that's as light as a brand new car. In fact, it's so good that my better half has now claimed the car as her own!

Just thought I'd share with you 2 great outfits available in Brisbane.

Mine doesn't have chunks missing r33k

I got a fully organic (ceramic) clutch plate. Loads of bite but very driveable in peak hour.

chunks missing? I'VE BEEN RIPPED OFF!!! :D

In traffic mines a bit of a pain, gotta rev it to take off smoothly with a bit of clutch slip. If i try to move with the engine revving at say 1,200 rpm, it grabs and judders  took me quite a while to get used to... very easy to stall.

Holds very well, can even chirp into 4th gear (on the race track)
