BTW folks, we were BOTH lost! Did a "u-ie" and ran back up the hill. Great piece of road, except for the bits of trees from Victoria's recent rough weather, and the directional tyres mounted backwards made things a bit tricky on the wet leaves. And we both missed the turn-off AGAIN. Jeez, Graham, Scotty's a rotten navigator!

That road from Hanging Rock to Romsey is usually fairly quiet and a good bit of fun to drive. The flow was upset considerably by that truck, wasn't it?

Yeah the truck spoiled all the fun.

I was surprised that not more z's took that route home. It's a great bit of road. Everyone else must have gone back through the mountain. So it was me, red32, Baroo, the alfa and who was the other dude?

I came back thru Romsey and then Wildwood best bit

of road in the area I recon just got to watch for the bikes on the wrong side of the road in the blind corners.

Due to circumstances well within his control, Tim doesn't have enough license points to risk being Fuzzed by the Busteds ,hence drives fairly conservatively.

 

Those rims!!!

I picked them up from Bob Jane T-Marts a couple of weeks ago. 18inch rims with Pirelli P-Zero tyres. All up around $2300, but cheaper with crap tyres.
