What are peoples thoughts on the 2011 Sydney nationals, be it individual parts or the weekend as a whole?

Was a great weekend home safe a few hours ago, would have like to get out on the track but will definitely go down end of July after I get a set of 18" for the rear and put new fluids through my brakes.

Was good fun watching the Wiz, Andy, Ports and JT out on the track... missed Matt's run off...

Well done to Joe taking 1st place engine bay and also winning the Shannons award for best Zed.:zlove:

    Matt.

When's the next one up this way again? I'd be keen to get mine out there to fly the Z32 flag one way or another. :)

Nationals in Warwick was the greatest 4 days of my life! A time I will never forget and so many members showed.
I guess QLD still ranks #1 in knowing how to partay! :D

It looks like a great event. Its funny that they use the term concours since most of the cars are modified.

Great weekend, good times, fun people,
Concourse wasn't as big as last time but some nice cars there, think the Z32's had the biggest representation, counted 27 cars at one stage, congrats to Joe for cleaning up with the major award.
Track day was great with about 10 z32's competeing, quite a few newbys who aquitted themselves very well, with Andy Mac and JT picking up trophies.
Team unique, didn't fare to well with JP's new rocket ingesting a rubber sleeve and destroying a turbo, puting paid to his day, looked quick while it was out there though
My day was one of frustration with major turbo lag and not being able to perform as i wanted to
Oh well back to the drawing board, throw some more money at it, fix the niggles and come back for another go.
Presentation night was a long drawn out affair, iv'e been to three now and there all the same, some body stab me in the eye with a fork if i suggest going to another one, food was good though.
Thanks must go to the organizers, without them we wouldn't be able to be there enjoying ourselves.:)

What me? put Ford stickers on nissans, Never.

2015, although there may be something similar on at Warwick next Easter, so the rumour goes. Sounds like the Sydney club did a great job, not an easy thing to do with an all volunteer organisation. Oh and congrats to all the Z32 winners :)

I had an awesome time, sucked on the track (pretty sure I was the only one out there on street tyres, and possibly the only sub 300rwkw z32) oh well... made for some interesting memories as videos will soon show. Still had a blast:br:
