now i know the debate about water injection carries on etc etc.
anyway, i want 2 hook up water injection . is anyone running a water injection system AT THE MOMENT. and if so do you have any detailed pics about install of hardware..

anyone sourced a good system locally?
im looking for pics and specs..

im mainly interested in in the plumbing and install pics. so if your a real man .. post up your pics 2 help a fellow zed owner. :D :D

fleet :D..ive seen his in person...takes up heaps of room though, probably coz this is for racing and he uses a big container...

    Benny_C About as subtle as...

    there's a difference...

between water injection, and intercooler spray. I believe Pete (Fleet) has water that sprays onto his FMIC to cool the air - not actual water vapor injection into his intake.

Please correct me if i'm wrong though.

Yeah Ive been a bit slack following up on it seeing as Im over the other side of the country. Wont be driving it till I get back to Perth so I've left the whip alone :) Im hoping that slow = bloody good job with attention to detail. As far as Ive been told everything has been tidied up, hicas is gone and all the solenoids, lines etc removed. Xenon lights should be installed and all the wiring tidied and hidden. Engine should be finished and ready to drop in if not already. Waiting on some seat rails to be powder coated for the new sparco seats. Shouldnt be much work at all left to do from what Im being told.

So when you say "what a mess" can you clarify exactly how it looked? Even better go and take some photos for me :)
