Nice little going away present before nationals, i am now a home owner, picked up a 3 bedroom house in woy woy for $229,000, just exchanged this morning, bit of a wreck but i will be renovating it myself so will be nice by the time i have finished with it Only have 1 pic of it and one pic of the waters edge 300m from the house
new kitchen, new bathroom, polish floorboards, new gyprock, new cladding, lanscaping, bull nose vernadah out front, nice large deck out the back, remove external laundry and move inside, clean and re seal roof, paint, new fences, etc, etc
I'm sorry, the answer I was looking for was: Fairy lights on the gutters, keg out the back and a boat full of ladies.
already has boat and fairy lights, lol, water is not quite out the back, it is 300m down the road so no on the water parties for me, no keg as yet but the party/poker night is coming soon

I love central coast. I rented a house at watanobi Near wyong A while back.The house prices were a little to much at the time. I take my zed down there sometimes. Don't see many other zeds around :zlove:
