Hey everyone, I have decided to revert back to an OEM style radiator setup as part of my rebuild on my Z and so my PWR full alloy 42mm NA radiator is now up for sale. I purchased this radiator brand new from PWR directly at a price of $900 back in 2011 and included a factory style in-built trans cooler in the lower end tank so the unit could be installed without requiring an extrenal trans cooler setup I didnt want to go with. As you can see with the above photos the unit is extremely well made and the welds are very clean. The inbuilt trans cooler fitted up to the oem transmission cooler hoses perfectly and I have never had any issues with my automatic transmission overheating when daily driving my car in all weather and traffic conditions. The only issues I will mention that I have had with the unit were the lack of fan shroud mounting points on the PWR radiator with only 2 of the upper mounts avaliable to hold the shroud onto the radiator. Also the hose nipple for the overflow bottle on the neck of the PWR radiator was slightly smaller diameter meaning the OEM overflow hose needed to be clamped down inorder for it to not blow off the hose nipple which was the biggest gripe I had have with this radiator since day one. The radiator has been in service on my car since 2012 and has had a good service life over that time. My car is a daily driver, driving in all weather conditions and in all traffic conditions and has never been used on the track and the radiator has performed exactly as I expected it to and I have never had any issues with overheating since this radiator has been installed.
