    Hey Guys,
Need some help, i cannot get my zed running.
I was able to get it started a week or so ago, but was having issues with the AFM and DET sensor, i have since bypass the DET sensor for testing and resolved the issues with the AFM and could now rev past 2.5k soon after it died and wouldn't come back
However now its almost impossible to start.
I found that if i removed the ignition coil relay, cranked the car over a few times and placed the relay back in it would start straight up but would soon die, this can be replicated every time without fail.
I have checked all injectors are within resistance, confirmed coil packs are all getting spark
Removed CAS and checked for all injectors were firing.
Confirmed fuel pressure 42 psi on cranking
Replaced spark plugs with new ones
    No ECU Error Codes (55)
    S2 motor
Where else do i look? I cannot confirm timing as i cannot start the car long enough to get it at operating temp.

Are the spark plugs wet when you turn the car over and it doesn’t start?

Nope just cranked it and pulled the plugs there are not wet,
Removed the Green relay for ignition coil, cranked for a couple of seconds, put it back in and it fired almost straight away

Assuming you’ve checked spark it sounds like a fuel delivery issue.

Have you done anything with it since it was last running?

Nah nothing since it was running, I have pulled the feed line off and confirmed I'm getting fuel. Be to atleast that point
    I'll double check spark tomorrow

Injectors have probably gummed up if it’s been sitting for a while. You could try get them going by switching them with direct 12v

Not sure which regulator you have, but if you have an a/m reg with a gauge, turn the key to on, check the psi reading, turn the key to off, the psi should stay around what ever you first saw on the gauge for a wile, say 10 minutes, dropping a little over time. If it drops down quickly, plummet's to 20-10-0 psi, you have a leaky fuel hose connection, or injector.

Sard fpr,a holds for a while after cracking it drops a couple of psi
Not sure how long it actually stays up for would need to keep an eye on it

I've said the above because my car had a loose fuel clamp behind the rails at the fire wall. The car did start after 1-2 attempts, then ran on what sounded like 3 cylinders briefly , then cleared up and resumed normal operation. The repair was a simple tightening of the clamps, its worth looking at the simple things first.

Found the issue, was an intercooler pipe that had completely come off
Did drain the tank entirely and put fresh fuel in for peace of mind
