Hi zed fans, here is my project '93 tt manual 2+0, its still not quite finished yet but getting there. The plan for this is "Fun weekender" moreso than race/track/huge power, not aiming for a show car, just fairly clean & tidy and fun to drive.

Quick shoutout to all the forum members ive gotten parts off over the last few years, and huge thanks to the mackay zed crew and aus300zx forum members for all the insperation and advice.

Bought it in 2013, i couldn't get it to idle or hold vacuum, ended up having holes in the top of the pistons. Alot of dodgy wiring and aftermarket crap was removed. Scored a good 2nd motor, cleaned, repaired or replaced everything. Did the coolant line bypass and egr removal. Had the turbos off, checked and cleaned, new gaskets and seals throughout. Im running stock ecu, injectors, boost, and turbos.

When I bought this it had a fried vielside chipped ecu, boost leaks in every hose, and heaps of crap wiring.

The day i drove it home, parked next to my old silver na auto auspec 2+2 (currently retired - for now)

Engine was in pretty poor shape when i got to it

After alot of cleaning and fixing, still couldnt get it run nicely, found the holes in the pistons.

While i was trying to find an engine i fixed a few other things. The aftermarket traction control and immobilizer/alarm both did not work so were removed.

Some of the wiring was absolutly horrible.
