Those are not made of titanium ......

they have titanium locking nuts and Allen head bolts. (and some nice marketing )

They are Chromoly tubing, the same as mine.

I've been incorrectly told by a member that the Silicon hose kits are cheaper in the US

When you factor in the exchange rate, the comparison prices are as follows :-

H) Silicon SMIC hoses (4) & SS T Bolt clamps (8)
$110 ....... $135 in the US

I) Silicon Dual intakes (2) & SS T Bolt clamps (4)
$86 ....... $93 in the US (doesn't include SS T bolt clamps)

You then have to add the horrendous shipping costs from the US which blows the landed price through the roof
