    I am thinking of doing/having done, a Plenum Pull pull on my N/A (Auto) .... (previously done 6-7 years ago).

    Disappointed to find that the list of parts required and listed by ZEDCARE (Mark Field) has disappeared from the Forum history.

    Would be useful to have the full, comprehensive listing available for the Technical Section ....

    Does anyone have the full list ..... much appreciated.

    PM sent Baz , with a 200 kit list as well . Are you doing a bypass or just going to replace everything .

    Steve ... PM received but no list attached......

    I am not after the 100K or 200K service listings ... but the list covering the P/P and water pipe removal, fuel hoses etc removal ....

    Zedcare (Mark Field)had the list on his site ... am surprised it never got to the Tech Section as it was a great aid ......

    It would be worth putting a comprehensive list together for the Tech section.

    Good find lovmyzed . Hopefully one of the Mods will copy and paste the info into the tech section, so it is not lost too us all.

    Sandeep had a good thread on this that we all added to over the years too.

    Probably worth a search.

    Plenum Pull Service list

    Why do a Plenum Pull?
    * Replace (or bypass) at least 10 under-plenum water hoses will eventually leak
    * Replace all rubber hoses from PCV and IACV systems which become hard and brittle over age and crack causing vacuum leaks
    * Tighten and inspect all turbo plumbing ensuring no boost leaks
    * Access the fuel injectors for ultrasonic cleaning, leak test an flow test
    * Renew wiring plugs to injectors, CTS, AAC, FIDC and Air Regulator
    * Overhaul the IACV unit (controls idle)
    * How long does it take? Approx 1-1.5 days (16-20hours max)
    * You are welcome to assist if you are 'spanner-handy' which often reduces the total time required

    What usually gets done?
    * Plenum 'pull and push'
    * Soldering all ten injector / CTS / AAC / FIDC and Air Regulator wiring plugs
    * Inspect/(Replace and refit if required) exhaust and intake valve covers using gasket sealant/gaskets etc
    * Fit new crankcase breather hoses, PCV's and gaskets
    * Under Plenum water hoses bypassed
    * Inspect/Replace Turbo water lines ( Passenger side rear water line "Bastard-hose" inspected/replaced at additional cost)
    * Inspect/Consolidate AIV, PRVR and EGR system piping/solenoids/wiring etc
    * Inspect/Pre and Post-turbo piping and tighten all screw clamps
    * Inspect/Replace all vacuum hoses
    * IACV (idle control unit) unit dismantled and reconditioned
    * Throttle bodies/linkages checked/adjusted
    * IACV / Air Regulator bench tested and reinstalled on Plenum
    * R&R Injector rail and injectors including new O'rings
    * Fuel hoses replaced
    * Plenum degreased and cleaned
    * Clean intake/exhaust valve covers
    * TPS adjusted
    * Full datascan and consult diagnostics + tune up + drive test, fine tuning etc etc and a hundred other 'little things' I can't think of right now

    my list here (prices are out of date - this post is from almost 8 years ago):

    PCV STUFF
    PCV Hose (Passenger side x 2) 11823 (x2): $18.20 ea, $36.40 (note, i bought 2 passenger side hoses as I was doing the PCV reroute, if you are replacing the PCV stuff then you can get the whole kit from Coz)

    PCV Valves: 11810-00002 (x2): $10 each: $20

    Front PCV hoses (hoses that connect to intake pipes)

    - 11823+B: $15.10

    - 11823+C: $13.12

    INJECTOR STUFF

    Injector insulators/o-rings:
    -16635-00003 x 6: $1.90 ea, $11.40
    -16635-00004 x 6: $3.45 ea: $20.70
    -16618-00001 x 6: $2.50 ea: $15.00
    -16618-00003 x 6: $1.55 ea: $9.30

    HEATER HOSES
    NIS300-92400: $24
    Nissan OEM 300ZX Heater Core Hoses

    IACV stuff
    My hoses were hard and brittle so I bought the hose kit. Most of the old hoses cracked when we removed them.

    NIS300-14099NA: $72.00
    Nissan OEM 300ZX Air Regulator/AAC Valve Hose Kit - Non-Turbo

    NIS300-23785-40F: $2.20
    Nissan OEM 300ZX AAC(IACV) Valve Gasket

    BALANCE TUBE O-RINGS (it pays to have a few sets of these spare)
    NIS300-14033-P05/06: $19.50
    Nissan OEM 300ZX Balance Tube O-ring Set

    NIS300-13270: $34.00
    Nissan OEM 300ZX Intake Valve Cover Gaskets
    If they're not leaking then you probably can get away without replacing these but I bought them because I was removing the cam covers for the PCV reroute.

    NIS300-14033: $9
    Nissan OEM 300ZX Plenum Gasket

    NIS300-25p26Kit6: $50
    Nissan OEM 300ZX Fuel Injector Connectors (90-92 NA) Early Style Set of 6

    EGR GASKETS OR EGR BLANKING PLATES (if removing EGR)

    THROTTLE BODY GASKETS

    In addition to this I already had purchased new coilpack connectors as mine were all broken and would come out. Good time to change spark plugs too if you haven't already done that.

    You will also need to get some stuff from Repco/bursons/Autobarn

    -7.9mm or 8mm EFI hose about 3m I think, you use it to replace the fuel lines and also the coolant line bypass.
    -degreaser- heaps
    -silicon spray- helps to get hoses on
    -wd40 or INOX- if you get any rusted bolts
    -rtv high temp sealant (oil safe)
    -throttle body/carby cleaner
    -4mm vacuum line- about 3m or so if you want to replace the vac hoses
    -various sized hose clamps- you reuse the OEM fuel line clamps as well as the IACV & PCV spring clamps but it's handy to have spares in case you damage/drop one
    -electrical tape and soldering stuff for doing the injector connectors and repairing any damaged insulation on the wiring loom.
