UNFORTUNATELY ..... i am out of this whole event. will not be making zedfest in anyway shape or form, bluntly, i just cant afford to go. shattered but thems the breaks huh.

Some of you will have received (hopefully) a text message from myself.
if so that's because you have been identified or volunteered as a Leader/Primary of a cabin so to speak to make the booking.

IF no text has been received check your PM box or simply read this post.

The Colour City Caravan Park has a list passed onto them to as to minimise confusion and cross off those who have booked.
They are happy to start taking the bookings for the Zedfest weekend.
If you are in a cabin with people and wish to confirm that it has been booked you are welcome to call and check.

We would ask that the elected/volunteered primary member contact the Park to confirm the booking as soon as is possible, and then organise to collect individual shares for the accommodation from those sharing that cabin whilst at Zedfest (or before if you choose) to make full payment (I believe - Procky to confirm) upon checkout on the Monday...

Bill-splitting is messy, and hard to track, and I suspect the Park will wish to avoid it...

That's correct... Give them a call, be sure to let them know that you are with the AUS300ZX Zedfest group, and all going well, you'll receive a 10% group discount to your stay upon checkout...

Went to stay at the partners and reception is a little shotty sometimes. As Lil-Baz has said

ideally Primary is to organise with others staying with them for payment of the nights accommodation.
You can ring and place a deposit now

that would be ideal

P.S. I also forgot to add on that LININ can be provided for a $8.50 surcharge

Otherwise guests often bring their own.

Hello Gents

It is with regret that I must pull out of Zedfest, but I have hung up the keys on the era of my zed, and moved over to the subaru band wagon.
This leaves cabin 6 free as neither myself nor my brother will now attend.
