Ok, I made some prelim inquiries today and I'm definitely NOT going to hunt down a Vic RWC...

If there's no serious interest by Thursday, it's going back into storage. Want to sell it, but keeping it is not painful either. :D

Why is this? Is it registered? Dont know about vic but in qld you can't advertise a registered car without a roadworthy.

Also, as mentioned earlier, ALL the pics in all the previous threads are gone/broken. You should post some. I know you aren't fussed if it sells or not, but come on.

the problem is getting a R/W here in vic , forget it no way ,

UNLESS you take out most of the mods that are "visible" go back to stock, up untill you get a R/W then put it all back again and im the mean time try a hide most of the mods. ( AS IF WE HAVE NOT DONE THAT BEFORE )

the mods on this car are insane it a proper built car from japan, this car is hi up in the zed game , i can asure you guys that most of the built zeds out there dont come to close to this , this is one real mean mofo

at 22k pluck me the guy is giving it away and still no takers , i find this a little hard to understand .
some of you guys out there will most likely spend 15 k on parts etc etc , for an extra 7 k look at what your getting ( the real deal ) ,i would love to see this car stay in melbourne.

even tho vince is not on the forum every day , i can assure you he is no tire kicker.

the truth is , many years ago this car was for sale and didn't sell , i was thinking of getting it , but i could just not part with my zed.

( THERE ARE WAYS TO GET A R/W FOR THIS )

Would be super hard to get registered up here, completely overlooked what the process would have to be. For it to pass blueslip you'd have to remove all suspension components and swap them with stock, along with exhaust etc.

    Such a bummer.

Thanks for the kudos badxtc! Glad to see some of the old-guard are still involved in the Z game.

For those wanting some current pics these were taken by a potential buyer on 26/01 who's backed out due to possible RWC issues.

Could get things engineered I guess, but I couldn't imagine that would be cheap, also not quite sure how much of that they would be happy with approving?

Again im not sure of other states, but i got everything plated here when i bought Rons car up before roadworthy and rego in qld. Suspension arms, coilovers, brakes, intercooler, surgetank, seats etc etc

Was very fairly priced. When looking at buying a highly modified car, sometimes you have to do some ground work.

I thought the ncop is supposed to make these things easier.

I can do a deal until Saturday night as it stands as flying out soon after.

    Cheers

You can get this registered in Vic without removing anything you just need to know the right person.

If you rocked up for a roady with those big bonnet pins sticking out, instant fail. everything after that would be the guy writing a huge list angry about a car that didn't even pass a visual inspection from 10 feet away.
