QLD Qld Tech day - Sat Mar 14th

Hi guys,

We said we would run another Tech day early 2015.
And here it is .

We are looking at Saturday March 14th.

Please let us know by response if this works for you or if there are any significant issues with this date. After which the forum mods will move to coming events list.

Venue is at the HAPP compound, Ormeau , where hoists, jacks, engine cranes, air, power and water abound.
We will have a BBQ, and beers later on. Hopefully weather is kind to have a fire. Can arrange for people to stay over if you desire / need to.

For those who have not attended in the past the objective is:

• Have fun, Have fun, Have fun and
• Meet / Talk to other Zeders,
• Learn about car stuff,
• Have a few beers,
• Help others with car stuff,
• Get your bits fixed or solved

Especially useful for those going to Nissan Nationals at Warwick.

I work on Saturday too, but if folks are going to hang around the campfire till late, I'll bring a box of Band-Aids after I finish work

 

I am in doubt for this one .......

 

I should be able to make it. hopefully I can bring my zed, and get the stupid cold start fixed so I can get her back on the road again. miss driving her.:zlove:

 

Have you checked your afm ? mine would take for ages to start and then stall, diagnosed as an afm issue, replaced it and ta da runs like a Zed.

Cheers mate. Thats one thing i have not done yet. Went to do it now as i have a spare afm, And the bloody battery is flat. I will try it over the weekend and get back to you on how i go.

There is always plenty of time to play match play golf Baz, tech days and meetings are fewer and far between. So no excuses just show up, You Know You Want To .
