Just curious regarding your preferences, what brand do you guys prefer, and do you think that custom exhausts can match the branded cat back exhaust systems? How bout resonated or not? H-pipes or X-pipes? What differences are there?

    Thanks

    Veilside Evolution.
    Best looking
    Flawless constructed

    ......... disappointingly quiet

  4. Anti

    Anti 14.7 x 14.7 = 44.1

until you swap me for my non-resonated h-pipe!

I just did a quick search but apparently they are pretty rare and are discontinued already. Found the thread as well about the 2+0 veilside evo exhaust. Found a set Anti?

I was thinking Labree if nothing pops up, just get a shipment of everything i need to get from concept z at one go.

why would i swap a genuine resonated centre h-pipe section for a non-resonated? Have seen the straight thru construction of the rears. Hate to think how it sounds without any kind of baffling. Besides, the 58 year old recipient of the car is more than happy with its "lackingness". All but given up on teaching her how to adjust the AVCR

Sorry Bracket, 90% going with butchering the spare Evolution system for the NA once its back from the painters. Blasphemy I know. Shoot me your account details however, will take your seats.

    WhiteNight Littering and...

Custom 3" of your design. Anything less is another store brought.

  11. Anti

    Anti 14.7 x 14.7 = 44.1

not rarer, still in production and available from japan

    mr zed x chassis scrubbin..

    heaps rarer.

evo looks like any other gay arse cannon exhaust. regardless of quality of the veilgay, its too over done now, too easy to copy and sounds like balls.

and maybe yours is gay, my welds are epicly awesome. can post pics too!

Zees :p i got mine as well :) i have seen and heard the veilside and im not a fan as i prefer something a bit louder.

Zees would definitely be more rarer than the evolution exhaust as there are a lot more of them than the zees in australia as far as i know :) OZX, Rod and myself as far as i know...probably a handful more but thats it.

Yes the zees is still available...but with its price tag, how often would somebody get it from all the way from Japan to Australia? :p

Really dude? Hows it more rare if it can still be purchased new?

There are a set number of VS exhausts out there, Zee's is limitless so to speak.

Not to mention that almost everyone who has a VS or Zee's system brings em over from Japan!

I am biased I know....2.5 of the dumps into a single 4 inch custom with a single 4 inch hiflow cat, a resonator and a muffler. I have heard lots of really nice systems out there though. it comes down to personal choice, the store bought sound good often as well and provide peace of mind as to what your system will sound like where a custom may be an unknown unless you can copy someone elses set up.
