QLD Black Baz's Chardy Shack - a specshackular party event

Once again, Barry and Annette put on a fabulous event with great company, ample fine food and wine, and a stunning new audio-visual system.

Baz's reluctant guest of honour is seen here enjoying a few ales with some of his mates, many having spent the day in Aza assist mode.

Looks as though I've missed another fantastic Chardy Shack event I'll make it there one year, I swear!!!!!

 

Great night once again!! Even if it did take an hour in the pool before I stopped shivering.

Huge thanks to Baz and Annette - the food was divine (esp the beef strog)

Fantastic night

A great night full of wet water, wetter beer and in my case some very painful singstar.

I dont know how the young fellas do it. Left Baz's just after mid-day leaving Benny and Aza having another breakfast beer, I think that was number 4 not including the bottle of wine they shared. Oh to be young and free.

Thanks once again for another fantastic night. It was unfortunate that Mia could not make it till late but we still had a blast. Bon Jovi karaoke did damage me, I feel like I have flarangitis today. (winks at Cara)

I am a Shardyshack virgin no more. All I can say is kudos to Baz, he knows how to put on a do and goes to alot of trouble! Good way to wind down after a big day (at Aza's). I hadn't planned on getting in the pool - but hey when in Rome. Mike and I decided to convert the waterfall? into an ice bucket so one didnt have to leave the pool to keep drinking - which worked brilliantly! I am sure It will be utillized alot more next time.

 

many thanks, guys and gals .... you are simply a fantastic mob who know how to party !!! .. last night had to be one of our funniest and wildest nights yet ... Annette and myself just love providing the venue for the Zed community .. it is immensely satisfying to see all having a heap of fun ...

dropped into bed at 4.00am, climbed out of bed at midday to find a hard core enjoying a range of "hair of the dog" ... what stamina !!! and saw off the stagglers at 3.00pm this afternoon .....

and special recognition to Kym and Alex who travelled from Lismore and Dave who came down from the Sunshine Coast ... true zed dedication ... do not know what happened to Vic and Chick but we missed you guys ...!!!

The food was exquisite as usual, entertainment was exceptional with such great company, and your new outdoor theatre system is magic!!!

Had lots of booze, lots of fun, and late-night swimming in your pool was heaps of fun as always too.

Was great catching up with all the familiar faces as usual, plus meeting some awesome newer members for the first time too. Kym and Alex, you guys are lovely and was a pleasure to meet you guys, i'd love to catch up with you guys again in Lismore some day too if i come down to check out some ferrets! lol. Dave, it was great meeting you aswell, your shirt was very epic and made great entertainment buddy! :zlove:
