    Hi All,
any 350/370 guys recommend a nissan dealer in perth, I used to use northside but haven't been there for a while so wondering where I should take my wifes car to for some roof work.

I don't care if it is south, north, east or west; just want one with a clue.

    thanks

Roof work? If it's bodywork they're just going to outsource it to a local panel shop.

a follow up to this for anyone that finds this question via google.

Sympton: Roof would close but not lock and rear of roof would not go tight; hence closing sequence does not complete.

I went to northside nissan (wangarra) and talked to the mechanic who does the repairs on the 350/370 roof, he seemed to know what he was talking about (for what it was worth I reviewed the service manual) so booked it in for an inspection. My advisor (James-highly recommend this guy) called me and informed me the Bracket/Frame section 5 and retaining pin had broke, likely reason was some a$$hole hit it with excessive force. Any way Nissan do not sell the part so a complete roof is required (17k for any one interested), but thankfully they sourced the part from a wreckers and managed to replace the part while they had the car, it took 3 days but I was very happy with the outcome.

Part was about 500, labour was about 11 hours; so under 2k to repair; now works like it should.
