Fuel injector options?

So, I've been pulling my vg30 non turbo to bits. I reckon the injectors in here are the factory ones. The caps are cracked and damaged on a couple and I'd like to get them flow tested etc. In Darwin no one is able to flow test side feeds it seems, I could buy a new set of injectors for about $900 USD from CZP but at that cost it's pretty hard to justify when for example you could get a BDE top feed conversion with 1000cc injectors for $1500 USD. Obviously overkill for my NA but it doesn't seem like a good idea to invest in a set of new ones. So I'd like to get these flow tested still and then recapped if it's worth it rather than spend $1k on new injectors.

Anyone got any recommendations on if I could send them down south somewhere or should I just bite the bullet and get some new ones?

I find it hard to believe, no one in Darwin would be able to service those injectors.
Perhaps you haven't looked in the right places.
I would imagine there are numerous 4X4 diesels running around up there, ring a diesel injectors service centre & ask if they could recommend someone to service your injectors.

Still having troubles, people in Darwin don't seem to have issues recapping them etc but no one seems to be able to flow test side feeds?

I've also contacted the above but had no response. Contacted Arvin from here too also no response.

Can anyone recommend someone else I can send down south to if I have to? I need to get this car back on the road ASAP, it goes for inspection end of next month.

If you keep them in the rail you might have more luck getting someone to flow them

  8. The injectors and rail are still available if needed. I am not too far from rollin atm, so it might be easier to get the ones I have to him instead of wasting time sending them back and forth, no charge you can just have them :)

A sonic cleaner can be purchased off eBay for sub $60. Pintle caps and orings are cheap as and pop in.
After cleaning install back in the rail, put a coke bottle under each and turn the key. There's your flow test..
