Stock turbos can't make 300rwkw

Factory manual turbos on an auto engine, yes thats my car an issue with the ebc meant 18psi was all we could get out of it. Had it gotten to its previous 22psi setting they believed it could have tapped 320.

 

well done...... pity for us who live no where near a reliable E85 source.

 

E85 is cheating and you know it Nem!

Nice seeing the results though, if one of my factory turbos wasn't seized I'd regret upgrading those rather than going ethanol.

 

Its not cheating, its offered at a few local service stations


Few of the lower figures are

225rwkw @ 8psi (wastegate setting but crept up to 8psi)

266rwkw @ 13PSI




I guess its Australia's first 300rwkw stock turbo zed? Aarons made 299.9rwkw so it doesn't qualify

 

Americans have been doing it without E85.

 

They dont use real dynos tho.

Dynojet numbers. This car has all the "American" mods including larger intercooler piping and 3" split dumps.

 

This. American HP =/= anywhere else in the world HP.
