Pretty sure thats still a copyright infringment, was talking to my law lecturer at uni and technically copyright prohibits anyone from even copying their own cds even for backup purposes...
Copying to a separate CD, Yes. Using nero to make an .iso image of the disk for backup purposes, No. Physically re-creating the game on a 2nd disk can be argued as "intent to distribute or resale" which is why it is still considered illegal. So as long as it's just a soft copy, it is legal. I spoke to a representative of "2K" regarding this and that is exactly what i was told. 2K being the company which developed and marketed "Bioshock" and i physically bought the game but cracked it since they at the time had an "activation limit" on it. My CD key has to this day still not been touched and they are perfectly fine with it. You can legally use a program to make an image of the disk, then use the .iso to play the game instead of the disk so it doesn't get scratched. It is with the same token that if caught downloading you can simply say that it was your own backup which you uploaded to another website for safekeeping, provided you have the CD and (most importantly) the original CD key in the same condition they gave it to you (ie. on the back of the case or on a card, not hand-written by you on a piece of paper). Gone way-offtopic here and i apologize, just answering a comment that was made.
did anyone notice the other stuff on the link minus the pdf file. Found a few interesting pictures. love this one Lambo vs Z Headlights Balance Tube Differences Wheel Direction Shot Brake Caliper Comparison just to name a few
They are also displayed in a gallery format so you can see them all. http://www.fairladyz32.com/downloads/images/useful_pics/gallery.html
cheers for the scans! very good read. it's also surprising how close we came to getting the VH45 from factory but didn't. they should have done what toyota did with the soarer. choice of NA V8 or twin turbo 6.
lol...that was my point ... tongue in cheek ... .. the copyright warning is clearly there in large print ....
True. I guess I'm passively hoping that someone may have saved that pdf doc and could repost/re-host it.
I have a pdf copy now. Is there somehow or somewhere here I can upload it to so that others can benefit?
Thanks for the offer Rob. I'm afraid my email file size limit might be in the way. The pdf doc is 32.5mb. But I'll give it a shot anyway. ....... standby .....
